What to do if you have a system without Arabic support?

You can download the Hebrew and Arabic Support for Windows 95/98 here. The setup will install 2 new keyboard layout: Hebrew and Arabic. After the installation go to the Control Panel/Keyboard, on the Language tab you will see the list of installed keyboard layouts. Press the Add button, choose Hebrew or Arabic and press OK.
